Product description
This linear cold glue labeling machine is suitable for labeling single label on the cylinder container of food, chemical, medicine and electronics etc. Labeling is very precise.
1. Suitable for labeling partial and wrapped around labels onto cylinder containers
2. Can be adjusted easily for different bottles and labels.
3. The machine mainly consists of feeding screw, conveyor, label magazine, glue roller, vacuum box and label pressing station etc.
4. The main frame is welded by constructed carbon steel, the appearance is painted by one-time anti-rusting, and then two times blue color painting, finally covered by AISI304 stainless steel.
5. Main driving gear case is lubricated by long time grease.
6. The speed of the labeler can be adjusted by inverter.
7. All exposed shafts are made of AISI304 stainless steel with h7 precision.
8. Adjustable support feet and screw mother are made of stainless steel.
9. The machine is controlled by PLC automatically which is more stable.
10. Bottles are entered labeling machine by feeding screw.
11. Label feeding device is controlled by photocell. No bottle no labeling.
