1.The plant layout
To provide customers with pre-project workshop planning, design.
2.Cooperation that customer should offer
1) The customer should supply samples for each kind of cap and bottle after sign the contract, and supply no less than 200pcs for each kind of bottle and no less than 500pcs of each kind of cap for machine testing.
2) The customer should confirm the layout drawing and other material with signature after signing the contract.
3) The customer is responsible for cost of the technicians who go abroad for commissioning; include the food, accommodation, return tickets, travel cost in foreign country and 60USD per day per person as wage.
3.Technical service
a) Installation and debugging
※ After the equipment arriving at the customer’s factory, the customers is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing, and place the machines under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance.
※ We will send experienced engineers and technicians to be responsible for equipment installation and commissioning, to ensure customers’ factory normal production. Customer should be furnished by the customer for free including oxygen, acetylene angry, argon, etc., which are necessary in the installation and adjustment site.
※ The customer should dispatch the capable person to accept training in the installing site. To ensure that your technical staff to become familiar with the performance of the equipment, to master the equipment proper operation and maintenance procedures, we provide on-site technical training, in order to facilitate customers faster and more comprehensive access to technology.
b) Quality assurance
We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, unused, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.
4.Spare parts
With one year of wearing parts when the device is shipped. In addition, we prepare adequate equipment spare parts in stock. Customers ever need spare parts to repair and maintain equipment, we can supply to them quickly.
