Product description
This machine is fully automatic hot melt glue labeling machine, suits for different industries for mineral water, soft drink, seasoning, wine and cosmetics and others. It is easy to adjust the label cutting knife, easy and accurate to use hand handle to adjust the position of cutting knife, the vacuum drum is made of high rigid material to reduce friction and static, changing the bottle parts within ten minutes. The vacuum manifold at the lower part of drum and cutter is made of heat & wear resistant material. This machine with advantage of compact design, floor space, is used for many different bottles, high production capacity and so on. It is the best choice for clients.
The main frame is welded by constructed carbon steel. The appearance is painted by one-time anti-rusting, and then two times blue color painting, finally covered by AISI304 stainless steel.
Main driving gear cases are lubricated by long time grease.
Bottles are entered labeling machine by feeding screw.
All exposed shafts are made of AISI304 stainless steel with h7 precision.
One independent labeling station with label roll
Label feeding device is controlled by motor with 1 braking devices and photocells.
Label orientation system is controlled by photocell and adjusted easily.

Method of Operation
The containers are picked up by the infeed star wheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells.
The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point.
Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding.
Process: Infeed bottle→ pre-position→ label cutting→ gluing→ labeling→ label by press out→ finish
