The frame is made of excellent stainless steels; and other parts, non-toxic and endurable materials. The adopted key parts of the electric and pneumatic systems are famous brands. The whole process is controlled by PLC, so the machine has a low fault rate but a high reliability.
Our machine is according to the principle of orthocenter and eccentricity. The bottle is from bottle hopper to host machine by the elevator. During the process of rotation, the bottle necks are the same direction. The bottle vertically down, then output, this is work way of machine.
As the bottle vertically down, so the work unit position small, and take up the small location. The machine has many work units, and all the work units output bottles in the same time. So the machine speed is very quickly.
